Durable graphic arts: their design, manufacture, and reuse, is our profession. In general, Gropen's approach is to produce projects that will just exceed their required service life (sturdy enough to withstand the usual mishandling, abrasion, hard use, and vandalism).
Please feel free to ask about your specific needs, LEED requirements, or personal preference. Substrate and method selection can be based on several criteria including: closest sourcing / least transportation, best format / least scrap, method of decoration that best adapts to future reuse, least / no PVC etc. Recycling and free cycling (on-curb distribution) are daily practices. Low-VOC paints, non-pvc materials and best practices are our preference.
Our shop is open for inspection and training . Gropen's designers, customer service staff and installers can all contribute ideas on how to make your projects most beneficial in the present and the future.
